Hi, I have worked with Jason on the i3blocks Debian package. Jason has demonstrated the motivation and skill necessary to work on Debian. Further, in our communication, Jason was always friendly and eager to address any remaining concerns I had with regards to the packaging. Often, packaging improvements were his idea.
