I advocate Shih-Yuan Lee (FourDollars) to become Debian Maintainer.

I know Shih-Yuan Lee (FourDollars) since 2009. At that time, he is
already an active open source member in local open source community like
TOSSUG and Hacking Thursday. In this year, he setup a 11 weeks course in
TOSSUG to teach other how to create Debian package.

As a Canonical employee, he is always willing to help people to use
ubuntu and Debian. Currently, he maintains betaradio, ibus-zhuyin,
x11-touchscreen-calibrat packages in Debian [0], and he also provides
help for Input Method Editor team and LXQt team.

More then that, he spends lots of time to communicate with government to
change its font package fonts-cns11643 to become DFSG compatible. Now
fonts-cns11643 has a Chinese version of license which is DFSG
compatible, it will soon become offical Debian package when English
version of license is released.

His patient for rookie and Debian packaging skill make he a good
candidate for Debian Maintainer.
