I've sponsored a number of his LXDE team-maintained packages (libfm, pcmanfm, lxappearance, lxde-common, lxinput, lxlauncher, lxmenu-data, lxmusic, lxpanel, lxrandr, lxtask, and menu-cache), many of them multiple times. I'm impressed with his technical competence, both as upstream and Debian maintainer for his packages. He is very active and committed to the quality of his packages; at the same time he is also receptive to advice and suggestions, and is adept at communicating with others.
