I hereby declare my support for the DM application of Eric Cooper.
He his since more than a year an active member of the Debian OCaml
Maintainers group and he is helping us a lot in maintaining OCaml
related package. I've sponsored various upload of his and he has proven
to master the Debian packaging workflow. He is also the upstream author
of approx (a quite popular apt proxy software), which he is also
maintaining in Debian.
