NM: Ho-seok Lee

Report for new developer applicant: Ho-seok Lee <alee@debian.or.kr>

Summary: I recommend the acceptance of Ho-seok as a developer.

2. Identification
-----------------

GPG key signed by Chu-yeon Park <kokids@debian.org>.

3. Philosophy and Procedures
----------------------------

Ho-seok has agreed to abide by the Social Contract (including the
DFSG) and the DMUP in his Debian-related work. He has been able to
answer questions based on them, both explicitly and when they came up
in relation to packaging questions. He is aware of the procedures we
follow and is on several mailing lists.

4. Tasks and Skills
-------------------

Firstly, his English is quite good enough to work within Debian. He
has put together a (subtly non-trivial) package which appears to be
essentially bug-free and is lintian clean, and uses debconf and
debhelper correctly. He has submitted bugs to the BTS and is aware of
how it works.

Biography
---------

Ho-seok lives in Korea and has been working on the CJK localization
of Debian for over a year. He has also created a few packages and
intends to maintain `ttf-commercial' which installs commercial
truetype fonts or shares truetype fonts with windows.
