Bug#984509: gwc: unregistered embedded copy of meschach

gwc contains an embedded copy of meschach, which is a library separately
packaged as src:meschach. Please consider using the packaged meschach as
the Debian policy recommends doing so. This is not possible in all
cases, so if it happens to not be practical, please register your
embedded copy with the security tracker. Refer to

your copy.
