Bug#426636: audacity: Is this bug the reason there currently seems to be no FLAC support?

Package: audacity
Version: 1.3.3-1+b1
Followup-For: Bug #426636

I have no FLAC support in Audacity despite having libflac7, on which
it depends, installed (although this package is now unavailable).
