currently, http://debiancdn.appspot.com/addsurrogate requires google
account which managed by me.
I hope to modify system codes to use one time authentication for
debian-developers.
And I have just added 93.186.192.138 for 93.186.192.0/20 and 217.79.176.0/20.
Please wait a hour.
