Changes in ftp.pt.debian.org

Hi Simon.


The mirror ftp.pt.debian.org that was available in info.uevora.pt was
migrated to ftp.uevora.pt. 

The new ip addresses for ftp.uevora.pt are: 
	- v4: 193.136.216.34
	- v6: 2001:690:2006:200::34

I'm requesting, when possible, for the update of DNS system to point
ftp.pt.debian.org to ftp.uevora.pt.

After DNS system update, i think that there are no more changes to be
done for the mirror to work properly. 

Didn't use the form in debian page to update the mirror information,
because the necessary update is only related with DNS.
