According to #1077181 the same thing happens on riscv64. This might be
to do with llvmpipe being problematic on those two architectures.
Let's use #1077178 to represent the label-shadows.ui failure on both
architectures, and re-scope #1077181 to represent the crashes that are
seen on riscv64 but are *not* seen on mips64el?
