Qube2 with Squeeze won't boot

I just upgraded my Qube2 from Lenny to Squeeze. Went through the
process of apt-get update and apt-get upgrade using squeeze in
sources.list. After this, I installed the r5k kernel and installed
udev (reference
http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/amd64/release-notes/ch-upgrading.en.html)

A reboot won't bring the machine up.

Serial connection gives me the following.

Any suggestions?

cheers,
Sameer
