Ok xfs also fails - same error but different package: util-linux
I'm not sure how to repartitioning the hard disk (volume header).
http://www.debian.org/releases/testing/mips/apcs05.html.en says:
It can be created in the fdisk expert menu.
But fdisk states: Sorry, no experts menu for SGI ....
Are there some new informations?
However my partition layout is:
Disk /dev/sda (SGI disk label): 141 heads, 62 sectors, 1016 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 8742 * 512 bytes
