this bug/ssh dies when it has run out of random bits

Hi all,

There are two bug reports.

The initial report is on mips but Andy saw it more recently (prerelease
etch, March 2006) on x86 xen.  He was able to provide a strace but I
don't have a clue what to make of it.

If people who used to see it with the same configuration no longer do,
we can close it until such a time as it's reproduced, hopefully with
copious debugging info for everyone to stare it.
