problem installing debian on O2

Hi,
  I'm trying to install debian on my O2, using this howto :
http://www.cyrius.com/debian/o2/

i've read the recommended doc, my dhcp and tftp servers work all right
as far as i can see thanks to the logs :

 May 2 18:34:36 localhost dhcpd: BOOTREQUEST from 08:00:69:02:ff:8d via
eth0 (non-rfc1048)
May 2 18:34:36 localhost dhcpd: BOOTREPLY for 172.16.9.22 to O2host
(08:00:69:02:ff:8d) via eth0
May  2 18:34:36 localhost in.tftpd[21663]: connect from 172.16.9.22
(172.16.9.22)
May 2 18:34:36 localhost tftpd[21664]: tftpd: trying to get
file: /tftpboot/o2-boot.img

i've made the :
echo "2048 32767" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_local_port_range
echo "1" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_no_pmtu_disc

i've tried booting with
bootp ():
and with
bootp(): root=/dev/ram0

in both case same problem, the o2 goes :

tip32: IP32 Linux tftpboot loader 0.3.8.6
Loading program segment 1 at 0x80004000, size = 0xZeroing memory at
0x80454086,
size = 0x3cf9a
Starting kernel; entry point = 0x80419000
Copied initrd from 0x8185c890 to 0x80492000 (0x1a89aa bytes)

and then hangs

i'm using this image for booting :
http://www.cyrius.com/debian/o2/o2-boot.img

Maybe I can try with an old image but don't know where to find one.

Any idea ?

Thanks
     JY
