mipsel: Please build octave-forge

My octave-forge package scores as follows on the excuses page; could you do
me the favour of scheduling a re-build on mipsel?  According to the logs, it
seems to build fine there; that simply doesn't seem to have happened in a
while.

    * out of date on mipsel: octave-forge (from 2001.11.02-6)
    * Not considered
