Re: Installing Debian without SASH

Ok, yeah that worked thanks alot!
I thought you had to have sash to use bootp from the PROM.

But I have run into another problem. After the downloading the
tftpboot.img to the indy it just hangs.
here is the output from boot()/tftpboot.img:

enter loadbin bootp()/tftpboot.img
bootpopen: ctlr 0, file /tftpboot.img
bootpopen: host <NULL>, file /tftpboot.img
getrand returns 33754
send BOOTP request: ciaddr 0.0.0.0, chaddr 8:0:69:6:e8:49
arpresolve ip 255.255.255.255 -> broadcast
udp port error
BOOTP reply from (10.0.0.201): file tftpboot.img, myiaddr 10.0.0.223,
giaddr 0.0
Setting $netaddr to 10.0.0.223 (from server )
dlserver = 10.0.0.201
TFTP: RRQ for file tftpboot.img to 10.0.0.201
arpresolve ip 10.0.0.201 -> ether 0:10:b5:45:55:b5
Obtaining /tftpboot.img from server
