Ok, so after getting my Indigo2 working, I though I would give a crack at installing debian-mips on my 2 Indy's. I have installed HardHat 5.1 on an Indy back in 1998, and everything went fine. Now, when I try to boot off of bootp, here is what I get. >> unsetenv netaddr >> setenv DEBUG 1 >> boot bootp()/tftpboot.img enter loadbin scsi(0)disk(1)rdisk(0)partition(8)/sash binary is COFF 72912+9440+3024+331696+23768d+3644+5808 entry: 0x8bf34950 load reloc err 0 loadbin: return 0 enter loadbin bootp()/tftpboot.img bootpopen: ctlr 0, file /tftpboot.img bootpopen: host <NULL>, file /tftpboot.img getrand returns 58418 send BOOTP request: ciaddr 0.0.0.0, chaddr 8:0:69:8:e7:8d arpresolve ip 255.255.255.255 -> broadcast udp port error BOOTP reply from (10.0.0.201): file tftpboot.img, myiaddr 10.0.0.224, giaddr 0.0.0.0 Setting $netaddr to 10.0.0.224 (from server ) dlserver = 10.0.0.201 TFTP: RRQ for file tftpboot.img to 10.0.0.201 arpresolve ip 10.0.0.201 -> ether 0:10:b5:45:55:b5 Obtaining /tftpboot.imh from server bootpread: ctlr 0, buf a8764d90, count 4 binary is COFF bootpread: ctlr 0, buf a8764d94, count 72 bootpread: ctlr 0, buf a8764df0, count 120 2027520bootpread: ctlr 0, buf 88002000, count 2027520 +1762928bootpread: ctlr 0, buf 88208ff8, count 1762928 +95120 entry: 0x8800246c load noreloc err 0 bootpclose: ctlr 0 loadbin: return 0 Notice that I unsetenv netaddr, this is becuase if not, I cannot even donwload tftpboot.img. Any help would be appreciated.
