I guess bochs (ia32 emulator) has an MMU implemented, since it runs
Linux. I haven't checked tho. While i'm searching about this I also found
a386 (http://a386.nocrew.org/) which seems to have MMU emulation.

But I don't know how (in)sane the MMU is compared to the ia32
architecture.
