Bug#1118713: RFS: crystal-dock/2.15-1 [ITP] -- Wayland dock with cross-desktop support

Package: sponsorship-requests
Severity: wishlist

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "crystal-dock":

 * Package name     : crystal-dock
   Version          : 2.15-1
   Upstream contact : Viet Dang <dangvd@gmail.com>
 * URL              : https://github.com/dangvd/crystal-dock
 * License          : HPND-sell-variant or NTP~disclaimer, GPL-3,
Expat-CMU, LGPL-2.1
 * Vcs              : https://github.com/ubuntubudgie/crystal-dock/tree/debian
   Section          : misc

The source builds the following binary packages:

  crystal-dock - Wayland dock with cross-desktop support

To access further information about this package, please visit the
following URL:

  https://mentors.debian.net/package/crystal-dock/

Alternatively, you can download the package with 'dget' using this command:

  dget -x https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/c/crystal-dock/crystal-dock_2.15-1.dsc

Changes for the initial release:

 crystal-dock (2.15-1) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * Initial release (Closes: #1116315).

Notes:

I am a debian maintainer of numerous applications. I am not though a
dev hence this request through the mentors process.

 d/copyright was created using cme update dpkg-copyright, followed by
reworking the suggestions and completing the license statements. I
did a spot check to confirm the results.

The remaining lintian warning about the missing man-page due to a
/usr/bin binraryI have approached the maintainer here
https://github.com/dangvd/crystal-dock/issues/192

I have built via a sbuild unshare on the current unstable. I have been
testing this app regularly during its last 6 months of development and
the maintainer is very active and engaged with feedback etc.

I note the mentors results appear to be behind the curve - I have used
the v5 format of the d/watch file. The remaining pedantic issue about
silent-on-rules-requiring-root is no longer a lintian reportable issue
since the rule/no-root is now the default.

Regards,
