I am closing this RFS because it changes the upstream without
documenting this clearly in the changelog. Changing an upstream and
adopting the package at the same time is a tricky endeavour. In such a
case, please file a bug first that asks for changing the upstream with
explicitly stating a new URL. Then this can be discussed at that bug.

You can then hand in a new RFS with that new bug referenced via a Closes tag.
