Package: sponsorship-requests
Severity: wishlist

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "emacs-wfnames":

 * Package name     : emacs-wfnames
   Version          : 1.2-1
   Upstream contact : Thierry Volpiatto <thievol@posteo.net>
 * URL              : https://github.com/thierryvolpiatto/wfnames
 * License          : GPL-3+
 * Vcs              : https://salsa.debian.org/emacsen-team/emacs-wfnames
   Section          : editors

The source builds the following binary packages:

  elpa-wfnames - Edit filenames in Emacs

To access further information about this package, please visit the following URL:

  https://mentors.debian.net/package/emacs-wfnames/

Alternatively, you can download the package with 'dget' using this command:

  dget -x https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/e/emacs-wfnames/emacs-wfnames_1.2-1.dsc

Changes for the initial release:

 emacs-wfnames (1.2-1) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * Initial release (Closes: #1106739)

Note that this is required for newer versions of helm, which in turn is
required for fixing RC bugs (e.g. Bug#1099238, and in turn Bug#1020160).
I'm not sure whether introducing a new package is allowed for fixing RC
bugs, but it's worth a shot. I'll prepare an updated version of helm in
a separate RFS.

TIA!
