John, 1. Each package needs an Intent To Package (ITP) bug[1]. This ITP bug is closed in the package initial 'debian/changelog' entry. 2. Please file an RFS for each package you are seeking sponsorship for. The RFS bugs created will be closed by the uploader if to be uploaded. 3.'debian/compat' and 'Build-Depends' of 'debhelper' is no longer used. 'Build- Depends' of 'debhelper-compat' is now used and new packages should use the latest version e.g 'debhelper-compat (= 13)'. 4. Please use manuals to help in your package builds[2]. This RFS will be closed so further work can be done and the relevant bugs be opened.
