Hello,

It is because I am sponsoring it under the debian-python team. The
debian-python team seems to use IRC to perform reviews and use salsa
instead of mentors.debian.net to review the package.
You can check the package here:
https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/python-strictyaml
I updated it 4 hours ago to fix a comment regarding some
debian/copyright issues. Now I have added it back to the IRC topic of
the #debian-python IRC channel on OFTC. I now need to wait for the
package to be reviewed (again) by members of the team with push rights
now that I have fixed the copyright issue.
Hope this clarifies the situation.
Best regards,
Romain.
