I removed test/ as the rest is useless : the so-called 'generating'
script in fact takes the *.json files and updates them, so they are both
source and target!

Done, but here are the deps:
- node-unicode-10.0.0, provided by node-unicode-data (which I should now
RFS),
- node-unicode-loose-match (which Bastien said he was going to sponsor),
- node-when (in NEW),
- node-unicode-property-aliases (in NEW),
- node-unicode-property-value-aliases (in NEW).
