debian/control: Multi-Arch: no

Hi,

libcdk5-dev was rejected by ftp-masters because
it has 'Multi-Arch: no' on debian/control.

"Multi-Arch: no support in Debian is broken (#768353)"

I followed lintian's info:

The script (cdk5-config) seems to be used by
one package[0]. I've already sent a bugreport to the
maintainer.
