  * d/rules: remove usage of deprecated BUILD_GTEST option.
  * cme fix d/control:
    - use secure VCS- Git URI.
    - remove unnecessary versioned depends.
    - sort install dependencies.

Hi, I sponsored the upload.
Some remarks:
please check if the package is still API/ABI safe, and in case bother upstream about bumping
SONAME.
(there are no reverse dependencies on debian, but it might lead to runtime segfaults for locally
built packages).
