Hello Paul,

Could you please take a look at chrony 1.31.1-2¹?
In 1.31.1-1, the NEWS.Debian file wasn’t copied by dh_installchangelogs
to /usr/share/doc/chrony because it seems that tool can’t cope with that
filename. So I renamed it to NEWS, and also removed an unnecessary call to
dh_installchangelogs in d/rules. Consequently, apt-listchanges is now
able the read that file at install time.
