1) * New Maintainer.(Closes: #780195)

and you didn't set youserls as maintainer? :)
please fix

2) "debian/patched" please remove :)
3) d/rules: please use plain dh calls, it should be trivial

dh_installchangelogs ChangeLog

dh_installman debian/network-config.8


they might become also debian/changelog and debian/manpages files
to simplify even more the rules file.
