Bug#796191: RFS: libharu/2.3.0+dfsg-1~exp1

ok, so it is dfsg, well!

now the changelog has one line extra (line 1)

and maybe you can remove something, like a double
"Imported Upstream version 2.3.0+dfsg"

(but this is a nitpick, I guess the changelog is updated with some dch
magic from git commits id)

oh yes, I can't use git-buildpackage, because I dget from mentors.
my solution works well with dpkg-buildpackage, and probably if you
put the files under .gitignore it works with git-buildpackage too.
it should complain because "untracked changes", not because something else
(otherwise I wouldn't explain the delta from dpkg-buildpackage)

so the best solution is .gitignore with debian/clean, and still not the patch
or using git-buildpackage --git-ignore-new (bad)

regarding multiarch

"Pre-Depends: ${misc:Pre-Depends}" should be added, and the dev package should not
marked as multiarch same.

cheers,

Gianfranco
