If d/copyright includes a license that's not shipped in
/usr/share/common-licenses (i.e. in this case, CC-BY 4.0), you need to
include its full text rather than just a link to a remote resource.
While you're at it, s/updgrade/upgrade/ in your package descriptions
in d/control.
