-> please tell what you needed to do to bump S-V. (state no changes if there
   were none necessary
-> you should add the remark "upload to unstable" when your previous upload
   was to experimental
-> I think for your hardening you need to depend on dpkg-dev >= 1.16.1~ not
   only on > 1.16.1 (see https://wiki.debian.org/Hardening)
   (or you switch to debhelper 9 )
