overwrite_dh_movefiles:
       dh_movefiles
       mv debian/wcstools/bin/imcat debian/wcstools/bin/imcatalog
       mv debian/wcstools/man/man1/imcat.1 debian/wcstools/man/man1/imcatalog.1

But dh never calls dh_movefiles, so it wouldn't call the overrideeither. (Also, typo: overwrite->override :P)
