Yes. Testing migration rules require that the package is built on all
architectures it built in the past in order to enter Testing [1].
File a ftpmaster removal bug (ANAIS - architecture not in source) of
outdated architectures in unstable for your package. Once they did,
your package can migrate again [2].
Err. Removing binary packages should be only done a last resort.
Also, ANAIS means "architecture (is) not allowed in (Architecture field
in) source (package)". It _does not_ mean "the package is out of date on
this architecture".
