RFS: gridlock.app/1.10-3.1 (NMU to fix RC bug)

Dear mentors,

I'm looking for a sponsor to review and upload my NMU of gridlock.app,
which would fix #629202.  Apart from the bug fix, I also changed the
email address of the maintainer, as the one recorded in debian/control
is non-functional.

I'd be glad if someone uploaded this package for me.
