It compiles and works well on current Sid kernel, so I think that this
is possible to include it into mainline. I will certainly suggest
upstream to give it a try.

The main difficult here might be that there is not just a kernel module,
but also a corresponding iptables shared library module, so it will
require some coordination with netfilter project as well.

Seems reasonable. But if existent ipt-netflow users will look for it in
Debian archive they will look for "ipt-netflow" as it refers upstream.
Don't think this is a big deal. If sponsor will have opinion that I need
to change the package name, I will certainly do.
