RFS: gnustep-make (updated package, RC bug fixes)

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for the new version 2.4.0-1 of my package
"gnustep-make".

It builds these binary packages:
gnustep-common - Common files for the core GNUstep environment
gnustep-make - Basic GNUstep Makefiles
gnustep-make-doc - Documentation for GNUstep-make

The upload would fix these bugs: 560359 (RC),
http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?27222 (also RC in my opinion as
it causes many GNUstep packages in Debian to violate the policy).
