RFS: libtorrent-rasterbar and qBittorrent [2nd try]

Dear mentors,

I'm looking for a sponsor for my packages libtorrent-rasterbar and
qBittorrent (which depends on the library). This is my second attempt,
and I'm not the "first owner" of the ITP... unfortunately no one DD
seems to be interested here. Having this library in Debian is really
important because there are some other programs not yet packaged which
depends on it (others than qBittorrent).

This [1] is my old RFS, which contains info about the patch in the
source package. Pages [2] and [3] are sf.net download statistics for
upstream sources... I really think the number of interested Debian users
might be even higher than these, because most people prefer to download
pre-built deb packages (i.e. from qBittorrent web site).

====================

* Package name    : libtorrent-rasterbar
  Version         : 0.13-1
  Upstream Author : Arvid Norberg <arvid@rasterbar.com>
* URL             : http://www.rasterbar.com/products/libtorrent/index.html
* License         : BSD

libtorrent-rasterbar-0.13 - efficient C++ bittorrent library
libtorrent-rasterbar-0.13-dev - efficient C++ bittorrent library
(development files)
