What file? I'd be curious to know: I didn't find it.

I'm doing that job, it's going to be ready in few hours, and I'll
reupload to m.d.n.

By the way, I have received already 2 bug repports for
libapache-mod-log-sql that refuses to install because of a wrong
dependency to the new libdbi not yet uploaded, I think a delayed upload
would have been best in that case. It's a shame you didn't do it, or
that libdbi has it's upload that delayed (this could have been corrected
later on, as anyway the current version in SID is a lot more bad that
what I'm asking to upload, including the copyright file).
