Some comments:
- Why do you need to add /usr/lib and /usr/include to the configure
arguments? Those are standard dirs.
- May want to use debhelper compat level 5
- May want to contribute the init script, perlxsi.c, wackamole.conf
and 02pid-dir.dpatch to upstream
- Any reason you didn't ask your co-maintainer (Frederik Schüler) to upload it?
- May want to add the Homepage to the package description
- there is a change to ife-sockpacket.c in the diff.gz, you may want
to move that to a dpatch
