I'm sorry for this.
I started working on command-not-found on April, 28, but I didn't post
an ITP because I didn't know if I could afford the packaging. I'm
sorry for not having checked wnpp again before continuing the work.
If you need any help in the packaging, feel free to ask (obviously, via
private mail).
