Look at the code, this nag screen is only for development. This is not part of 
the license at all. There's no release yet, only CVS nightly builds.
The author added this nag to explicit the fact the software is still in dev 
and may be unusable.

I really think it's useless to seek for problems that don't exist. Fillezilla 
for windows is GPL'ed and do not show any warnings.

I removed this nag because it's a bit annoying and Debian user can report 
bugs.
