vim question.



Dear mentor.

Is there any option or file that if will use in vim with extant ion for example

 

# vi abc.pl

 

then It will open the with by default two header “#!/usr/bin/perl –w and use strict”

the thing is I don’t want to use this two lines in my each and every file.
