"looking after". It does very well in terms of stability.
My choice too would be XFS. ;) That is a filesystem used on SGI servers for a
long long time. It's tried and true.

Use the latest release of XFS if you intend to (2.4.14-xfs). xfsprogs is
independent of that version.
