You'll need to talk to the porters for those architectures
(debian-$arch@lists.debian.org).

Don't worry about those. That just means that binaries for the 'sh'
architecture (Hitachi SuperH) aren't available and thus can't be
installed, but since sh isn't in testing that's not a concern. (As far
as I know sh doesn't have a working autobuilder, and it's certainly
falling behind.)
