What about these new "package pools", could something like this, or Mozilla, or
GNOME 2.0, etc. go into one of those instead of waiting for woody's release a
year or so from now?

My own app won't be stable or ready to go into Debian for at least a year or so,
but just in general, how are these pools supposed to work?  Where can I read
about submitting to one?
