Bug #20517

Despite the fact that I often need help with packaging as well ...

It's very difficult to install a consistant kde (98MMDD), even if
previous kde versions (BETA2) are not installed:
- there is no set of packages, which are all made from the same
  snapshot.
- Many packages have equal dependencies like kdelibs0g (= 980312-3).
  Wouldn't it be better to make this look:
	kdelibs0g (>= 980312-<build-num-or-0>), kdelibs0g (< 980313)
  where the second dependency is the next snapshot (at least next day).

The other problem is, that the BETA2-kde's are in frozen, and the new
ones go to experimental ... BETA2 never get's overwritten. However
despite the inconsistencies the new snapshots are much more stable
(thanks ;-) and I would consider them as bug fixes, which should go to
frozen (or at least to unstable).

I didn't explicitly check, if I violate the policy in some way, but
there should be some mentors on the list as well ;-)
