Re: [metaphlan] Added autopkgtest and distutils patch — please review

Hi Andreas,

Thanks so much for your suggestions, I will start with king and work through the list one by one. Once I have made some progress, I will move on to the others.
After I have completed these targets, I will also take a look at pymia.

I will wait for your feedback on my metaphlan commit for sending PR to  upstream.

best,
Harish

While currently traveling I can't comment on this.

I've checked

  https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/community/helper-scripts/-/blob/master/debian-med-tests.txt?ref_type=heads

for packages that might be valuable targets.  I have the feeling that
(py)mia is a bit orphaned (which does not mean that tests do not make
any sense - it might be valuable to know if orphaned packages finally
become broken).  So if you have a good idea for a pymia test feel free
to go for it.  Other targets just from my gut feeling:

    king
*only* if you have experience in Java: icb-utils
    bio-tradis
    piler
    staden

Just pick from this list whatever you want.

Kind regards
    Andreas.
