Argh. Boils down to "use a very outdated version of some standard tool
if I'm reading correctly. Could someone please comment on this? I have
no idea what effect this might have on the final result of prottest
since the test seems to pass otherwise.

Ahhh, I simply forgot to push. I've set now this e-mail and pushed.
Thanks again for your work on this. I'll probably upload with Pierres
enhancement and drop a hint to upstream issue #12.
