Forgot question about licensing of UGENE code (Was: Third party code inside Ugene)

Hi again,

in my last longish mail I forgot to mention that I forgot an important
issue about the licensing of the code. After removing phylip I
re-checked the license statements.

I think there is another third party plugin psired which is not
permitting commercial usage. Probably we need to remove this for Debian
as well. I've checked the latest upstream[1] which did not changed
the license (in contrast to phylip).

There are other code bits which probably can not be removed which
also are in conflict with Debian Free Software Guidelines.

Files: src/corelibs/U2Formats/src/ABIFormat.cpp
       src/corelibs/U2Formats/src/SCFFormat.cpp

have a "without fee" restriction. The rationale why this is not
acceptable is that if you burn the whole Debian distribution on some
DVD / BlueRay and sell whole Debian for some fee this is in conflict
with these two files. Do you see a chance to chance the license
of these files to GPL-2+ as all your code or some other free license?

Kind regards

      Andreas.
