Inititial upload of clinica (Was: [SCM] clinica tag, debian/0.2.1-2, created)

Hi Leonardo,

thanks for your continued work on clinica packaging. In principle
creating a new Debian version is not harmfull. However, it does not
really make sense as long as there was no initial package (and it was
not in this case because the first upload was rejected). So I would
advise to stick to the original changelog which is finally the most
simple way to handle this. In case you would really prefer incrementing
the Debian version, please use "UNRELEASED" as target distribution for
the "-1" version and include the

   * Initial release (Closes: #652658)

line into the newer version (which obviosely makes the "-1" entry pretty
useless which somehow supports my point above).

Kind regards

       Andreas.
